A native of Florida with Kentucky roots, Dr. Chambers graduated Cum Laude from Wake Forest University and received his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He has received his Master degrees in Business Administration and Public Health from the University of South Florida. Dr. Chambers is board certified in Occupational Medicine. In private practice for more than two decades, Dr. Chambers formed the Chambers Medical Group in 1990.
